If every day was a holiday? Blogmas#24

Today is the last day of Blogmas. I really enjoyed it this year and I know you did too. Let me know how you found it in the comments. Thank you

Today I will answer the question what would it be like if every day was a holiday. In the sense that we would not go to work and we would just be at home and do whatever we feel like.

I have not thought much about it myself, but when I saw it written somewhere I got to thinking.

What would it be like if money just came in and came out of nowhere. Everyone would be happy and rich. Nobody would be doing anything.

In short, we would probably be carefree, wouldn't we??

But I wonder what it would be like if no one cooked no one washed no one put out fires no one healed no one educated etc...

Yeah well I really don't know where we would end up. We'd probably go back to the Stone Age when that was really the case. But I think in history it was out of boredom that they started inventing things. There was a feast every day for the poor, but somehow they had to survive it. To defend themselves in order to stay alive. You need weapons to defend yourself. Then they had to eat or they would die, so they invented fire. And we know how it all goes on.

So they realised that you have to do something and that if you have a fire and you cook the meat then it tastes better than raw meat, doesn't it???? Yeah, I know nobody but chefs tries raw meat. That's why we don't know the taste, or most of us don't.

So making every day a holiday is no longer feasible, except for children up to 1-2 two years old, after that you have to listen and obey and they are not so free anymore. But even before that they are not so much. But at least they are free for longer, which is okay.

Now I realise that if we had fun every day then it would be as tiring as work.

But why spend so much time having fun when you can do something good for yourself and others and maybe earn something while doing it!!!!!????

I have come to a final conclusion:  If every day was a holiday, having fun would be as tiring as work.

So we'd rather share and do something good for ourselves and others, while trying to earn something in the process. That really should be the guiding principle of life. !!!!

What do you think, would you rather have fun or work every day? ???? Leave a comment

I would rather work because I can do something for the community and maybe earn something and feel good if I can then help someone.

Have a Merry Christmas. We read after Christmas in 4 days. Have a nice celebration!
