How to stick to your goals?

Today I'm going to talk about goals. I will give you some ideas on how to stick to them.

Write down all your goals; On a piece of paper or in a notebook that you use a lot, stick the goals on 1 page, Every time you open the notebook they will be there and you will remember them again and again.

Set realistic goals; These are goals that you are 90% sure you will achieve.

Small and big goals; Make them a mix, different goals, one bigger and therefore more challenging, the other smaller and easily achievable. At the end of the year there will be a feeling of having achieved the small goals, but you can also set bigger ones for next year if you didn't run out of big ones and you did everything you could in the last year to achieve them but ran a little short.

Steps: Once you have a goal, write it down again in a separate notebook and underneath it, write down the steps you will take to achieve it, what you need to do to achieve it (you can use the internet to help you).

Good job; It would be great to set a goal for your annual goals to help the elderly or needy. It doesn't have to be anything big, it can be something small, like helping your grandma or grandpa do something, or doing the dishes for your mum instead of them, they'll be really grateful.
