Be you- Time for me

On Monday I celebrated my 25th birthday, that's 1/4 of a century and 1/2 of Abraham. I'm quite comfortable using that expression and I'm not 50. I don't feel any different. Everything is the same as it was, I'm just wiser.

Today I am going to talk about you. People who would like you to be different or different. They really don't have a clue. I read that thought: I'm staying as I am. If only because it bothers others.

Why is this topic under the topic of taking care of yourself?

Because I think it's important to have a good opinion of yourself and to know that people won't like you if you are someone else. You must never be someone else! Not even for a guy, because if someone doesn't like you, they'll like you a lot less if you pretend to be something you're not!

I would be really offended if I were someone like that, because I'm not here for someone to play the perfect boyfriend or girlfriend for me (yes I have met and admitted to myself that I am BI). It would really hurt me if the person I thought I knew was different towards me because the carater I knew never really existed.

I myself have never been something that I am not. If someone doesn't like me the way I am then it's ok for me to say so and get out of my life forever. I don't have a problem with that and neither do you, it's not a reflection on you, it doesn't mean that you don't like anyone, it just doesn't fit that particular person, which is really okay. And you don't need to be upset about it. It's not worth it!

Humans are strange creatures, some of us like things that can't be proved, others like things that can be proved, others believe that the earth is flat. Yes, we are different. That's not wrong.

As long as we love ourselves we are winners. You cannot expect others to love you if you don't love yourself. So take care of your own wellbeing first and then take care of a friend. That way you will be happy all the time.

That concludes today's post and we will read it again in 4 days. Don't forget to subscribe to the newsletter as it's the only way to stay up to date!
