Karma Part III.

Today I am going to talk a little about karma again, I have not done so for some time, so it is right to renew. I found this article.

Free yourself from karma, take the power back into your own hands

When we let go of resentment and hatred, we take power back into our own hands. In doing so, we break the karmic relationship, we heal the energetic bonds with the human being.

The idea of karma began to develop about five thousand years ago. Earlier, human lives were governed by gods. Gradually, the idea of direct responsibility for one's actions developed, and the realisation that we can actively influence our lives through our thoughts, actions and emotions.

Understanding karma is not just about whether we were a victim or a executioner in a past life, the gurus say that the consequences of our actions can be realised in this life too. At every moment we are writing our own future. This is called direct karma, which means that what we put out into the world or feel within ourselves is returned to us immediately.

When we are angry, people around us do things that make us angrier. When we do something nice, like praise someone, nice things happen. The outside world is always a direct reflection of our inner experience.

If we persist in a state of resentment, wanting to give back to others what is theirs, to make them feel guilty, we are harming ourselves. This keeps us in the past, entangled in negative emotions and stories, so let us think carefully about what we are achieving with this way of thinking.

Spiritual teachers say

The law of reap what you sow is based on the fact that events in our lives are the result of our past actions, good or bad. But it is not just that good comes back to us with good, but that past mistakes also prevent us from choosing the right path in each present moment. We do not have to be karmic victims, because by the law of direct karma we can always actively influence our future. If we choose to do good, we can change the consequences in the future.

Punishment is part of the karmic law that we fear. But spiritual teachers say that the emphasis is not really on punishment as such - it is only to ensure that one learns from wrong actions and does not repeat the same mistake that got one into trouble. They believe that we can resolve karma by forgiving those who have done us wrong, rather than waiting for them to "pay for their actions".

Mending energetic karmic bonds

In fact, this should be the only way to break the karmic cycle with someone with whom we would otherwise have to play the alternating roles of perpetrator and victim for many lifetimes.

If we persist in a state of resentment, wanting to give back to others what is theirs, to make them feel guilty, we are harming ourselves. By doing so, we remain in the past, entangled in negative emotions and stories, so let us think carefully about what we are achieving by thinking in this way. In reality, we ourselves are powerless, stagnating, looking backwards, unable to process the resentment and move forward. When we harbour hatred towards someone, we both lose. Forgiveness, on the other hand, sets us free.

It means that we absolve the guilty of their guilt and debt towards us. When we let go of resentment and hatred, we take power back into our own hands. In doing so, we have simultaneously broken the karmic relationship, healed the energetic karmic ties with the person and completed the story. In the next life, we will not have to meet him again to right wrongs. We will free ourselves and him and create more harmonious and pleasant relationships in the future.

I liked it very much and I bet you did too. That was all for today. If you haven't subscribed to the newsletter yet, just keep up to date with such announcements. See you again in 4 days.
