Love of coffee

Today I'm telling you my love for coffee. And I'll add some lesser-known facts or trivia about coffee that I'm sure you didn't know.

I myself go out for coffee at least twice every day, not for the coffee, but for the company and for my own fun. I love meeting new people and talking to them. Coffee is just a reason to get out of my world behind closed doors.

Now for the interesting facts and did you know about coffee:

1. Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world. It is said that the Finns drink the most coffee, with an average of more than three cups a day. Coffee is also a source of antioxidants and can improve alertness and concentration.

2. For example, the world's first coffee shop was founded in Constantinople in 1475.

In addition, coffee is the second most drunk beverage in the world, after water.

Did you know that espresso is the Italian version of coffee, made by pressing hot water through finely ground coffee grounds?

3. As well as being popular all over the world, it has many health benefits. For example, studies have shown that moderate coffee consumption can reduce the risk of certain diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's (my grandmother has it) and type 2 diabetes.

4. Of course, another interesting fact about coffee is that it was originally known as 'Arabian wine'. The first coffee houses were popular places for social gatherings and debates.

As I said, I do not go for coffee for coffee's sake, but for the other benefits it brings me.

Today I have learned something new about coffee. I know that you have, too. For more of this kind of content, subscribe to the newsletter, it's the only way to keep up to date. See you again in 4 days. I was going to write in 4 years. My mistake!
