Manifestation Blogmas#20

Today I'll tell you what manifestation is more basically. Next time I'll talk about it, I'll go to the notes from the film The Secret, because it explains the whole concept of manifestation, or the law of attraction, in more detail.

What is manifestation?

Manifestation is the process of creating our desires, goals and future using thoughts, beliefs, visualisations and emotions. It is the belief that our thoughts and feelings attract certain experiences into our lives. Simply put: what you think and feel, you attract.

Where does manifestation come from?

Manifestation is based on the law of attraction, the idea that we attract what we focus on. This idea is found in various philosophies and religions throughout history. However, in the modern world, manifestation has become most prominent thanks to films and books such as The Secret. In this film, which I watched myself, it is shown how thoughts and positive thinking can influence our lives. The film emphasises that by focusing on our desires and beliefs, we can create a positive reality.

How does manifestation work?

Manifestation is not just positive thinking. It means that you have to pay attention to your thoughts and feelings in order to steer yourself in the direction of your goals. Action is also key - it's not enough to just dream, you have to actively act on what you want to achieve. Visualisation (imagining goals) and affirmations (repeated positive statements) are important tools in manifestation.

Evidence of manifestation:

Although there is no scientific evidence that manifestation works in a "magical" sense, there is research that shows that positive thinking and awareness influence our behaviour and our ability to achieve our goals. For example, people who believe in their abilities are more motivated, more likely to set goals and more likely to persevere in achieving them.

Some famous stories that support this idea include the case of Jim Carrey, who wrote a cheque for $10 million before reaching that sum. This has become one of the most famous examples of manifestation in practice.

Interesting facts:

The Secret is not only a film, but also a book that has inspired many people to start believing in the power of their thoughts.

Manifestation is also linked to quantum physics, where some people believe that we can use our awareness to influence the microscopic levels of reality.

Manifestation and the law of attraction have been present in different cultures throughout history. For example, in Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism), similar concepts of attracting positive energies into life appear.

Conclusion

Manifestation is not just a matter of positive thinking, but requires awareness, persistence and actual action towards one's goals. It is not "magic" but the power of awareness and focus on what we want to create in our lives. Although there are not always immediate results, with perseverance and positive energy, miracles can begin to happen.
