Today, I'm telling you the best tips for life that I wish I'd known sooner.
Tips for life:
1. Be present:
Enjoy the moments and pay attention to what is happening around you.
My thoughts:
I am used to being in the moment. I am spiritually awake and believe me when I say that sometimes I look and I am absent, but I still follow the conversation. When someone says to me (because they notice my absence-my supposed absence) but did you hear what I said? I tell him/her the last sentence that the person said or, alternatively, I reconstruct what was said, what I remember from the conversation. So yes, it's top! Try it! Believe me, you will notice something!
2. Set goals:
Setting goals can help you stay motivated and focused.
My thoughts:
No thank you goals are not ok at all if you are spiritually awakening, because having a goal is bad because it is all in a process that takes years and you succeed when it is time and you are ready, not when you want to!
It is the same with death: some call it Matilda but it is not! Why, because it is not their time yet! Matilda comes when it is time!
3. Nurture relationships:
Dedicate time to friends and family, because these relationships are the key to happiness.
My thoughts:
I don't know if relationships with friends are really the key? Yeah okay it's good to have friends, but still sometimes it's better to be alone. They are not always the best many things we can process on our own. Yes I know it's not easy but that's the way it is!
4. Take care of your health:
Regular physical activity and a healthy diet are important for wellbeing.
My thoughts:
Healthy eating. What is it?
Not too much of a bad thing is not too much of a good thing (vegetables and other "healthy foods"). So what to eat to feel better?
Whatever you like - within normal limits, of course!
And how much to eat? Just enough to keep you full, not so much that your tummy blows up!
5. Learn and grow:
Never stop learning; every experience can teach you something.
My Thought:
It's true the saying goes: Every mistake costs something.
What exactly does that mean?
Probably that we really learn something from every single thing that happens to us that will come in handy in the future.
Unfortunately, we don't know when, but someday we will. The worst part is waiting for the day when we find out that it comes in handy.
