Today I'm going to talk about intuition and how to separate it from fear. I also have problems with this and this post will come in handy sometime. I think we all really wonder what intuition is and what fear is. It's really not easy to separate the two so of course I asked AI for help.
Intuition is our inner compass that guides us to truth and higher consciousness. As we begin to awaken spiritually, our intuition is strengthened - we become more sensitive to subtle signs, feelings and messages that help us understand ourselves and the world around us. We perceive energies more clearly, both our own and those around us, which allows us to have a deeper understanding of situations and people. But at the same time, doubts can arise as the ego and fear resist change and try to keep us in our comfort zone. It is therefore crucial to be able to distinguish between true intuition and fear, because intuition really is a key part of this process!
How to listen to intuition
1. Pay attention to bodily sensations - Intuition often expresses itself through the body. It can appear as a feeling of calm, warmth or a slight tingling when something "feels right". Or as discomfort and tension when something "doesn't feel right".
2. Observe spontaneous thoughts and insights - Sometimes intuition comes as a sudden thought or image that appears without logical explanation. It is important not to ignore them.
3. Trust your first feelings - When you meet someone new or find yourself in a situation, what do you feel first? This first impression is often an intuition that tells you something.
4. Separate intuition from logical thinking - Intuition is not always logical. You may "not like" something even though you have no rational reason for it. However, it often turns out that your intuition is right.
5. Intuition diary - Write down the times when you followed your intuition and how it worked out. This way you will eventually recognise the pattern.
How to separate fear from intuition?
1. Fear is loud, intuition is quiet - Fear is usually intense and panic-inducing, while intuition is more subtle and calming, even when it is warning you of something unpleasant.
2. Fear is based in the past, intuition is in the present moment - Fear is often based on past experiences and projected into the future. Intuition, on the other hand, comes from a deep inner knowing of the here and now.
3. Fear often triggers a physical reaction of panic - Rapid heartbeat, sweating, tension. Intuition can also express itself as a calm certainty, even if it is warning you of something important.
4. Intuition needs no explanation - With fear, you often look for arguments and explanations for why you should be afraid of something. With intuition, you simply "know" without being able to explain why.
