How to create a money mindset

How to listen to your heart when it speaks the truth.

Today, I will talk about how you can truly feel the answers of your heart.

We often find ourselves in situations where we don't know whom to believe—our mind or our heart. The mind analyzes, compares, and thinks, while the heart just feels. The heart never lies, we just need to know how to listen to it.

Here's how you too can feel the answers from your heart:

1. First, calm your mind

Stop all external distractions: phone, music, conversations.

Close your eyes and take 3-5 deep breaths.

Imagine that each exhalation releases your worries and thoughts.

2. Place your hand on your heart ❤️

Physical contact helps you focus your attention where the answer lies. Just feel the warmth of your palm.

3. Ask a question

Ask clearly and aloud or in your mind, e.g.:

👉 "What is this person's true intention for me?"

👉 "Is this decision right for my path?"

4. Observe the feeling in your body

Your heart will always respond through your body:

If the answer is YES → you will feel warmth, expansion, lightness, butterflies in your stomach, or you will feel comfortable.

If the answer is NO → you will feel tension, tightness in your stomach or chest, restlessness, perhaps a slight chill.

5. Don't force an answer

If you don't feel it right away, that's also an answer—it means you need to let something go first, or the right time will come later.

Bonus: When you listen to your heart for a few minutes every day and ask it small questions, the connection becomes stronger and stronger. Then you will also be able to recognize bigger messages – about relationships, opportunities, and your path.

Hugs,

Eva
