Christmas story Blogmas#16 - Time for you

 Today I decided to write a Christmas story.

The story will be about Tina the weasel, who has as her enemies the house cat Eva and her best friend the owl Masha. At night, the owl Masha watches over her, and during the day the house cat Eva. Sometimes both of them watch over her.

My story begins when the first snow falls. 

Everything is white and snowy. Tina is just going to hunt for birds when Miha the rabbit jumps out of somewhere. He tells her not to go far, because he has a feeling that soon there will be too much snow for her to return home. Miha the rabbit is Tina's best and most loyal friend. Tina decides to obey Miha. So she goes home to the puppies, who have become bored in her absence at home. 

They decided to go and investigate what this snow actually is. Some of them went too far from home and got lost. Now Tina the weasel must find all her kittens and bring them safely back home before so much snow falls that they can't get back.

So Tina sets off on a hunt for the kittens. She soon finds them all and on the way back, Eva the cat stops them. She desperately wants lunch, because it's hard to get food in the winter. Tina tries to get away from her, but Eva won't let her. The kittens are watching all this closely. Suddenly, she turns to them. What if we somehow trick Eva and get her away. "Sure. We could take a stick and throw it away. Then we'll say it was a bird. That's exactly what we'll do," says one of the kittens.

And so it was. They got rid of Eva the cat and safely arrived home, before the new snow fell. In the meantime, they also caught some food and had the best Christmas ever.
