Today, I’m going to talk about how I learned to appreciate small, seemingly insignificant moments and why the greatest and purest happiness is actually hidden within them. We live in a world that constantly forces us to compare ourselves to others and tries to sell us the idea that we only matter when we have the latest things, luxury cars, or when we flaunt external shine. But I have always felt completely differently. Glitter, expensive material goods, superficial appearances, or showing off power have never attracted me. While many worry about such external statuses or seek partners based on their bank accounts, I know that true wealth and a genuine energetic connection lie in a completely different place.
Being with someone who doesn't have much but carries a good heart, warmth, and honesty within is incomparably more valuable than all the precious, externally displayed riches of this world. Happiness isn't something you buy; it is a state of mind and the ability to notice beauty in what most people have come to take for granted. For me, those are the simplest yet most beautiful moments of the day: the rich foam on my morning coffee, a fragrant cup of warm herbs, a delicious meal, birdsong at dawn, or that quiet, peaceful nature that surrounds you when you take time for yourself. What fills me even more are those tiny sparks between people, like an unforced smile from a stranger on the street or a warm, kind look that crosses your path for a second and brightens your entire day.
Self-care also means consciously choosing what you will feed your soul with and where you will seek your peace. When you learn to recognize the magic in these small things, your life becomes immensely rich, regardless of what is happening in the outer world. That's when you realize you don't need huge turnarounds or expensive luxury to feel fulfilled, because the true magic of existence unfolds every single day, in every small, consciously lived moment.
Hugs, Eva
